Comment by Don Briggs January 27, 2008 @ 7:00 pmRe metrication: I have seen no reference anywhere to the blue and yellow signs sprouting every few hundred yards along every trunk road and motorway in UK with incomprehensible numbers on them, eg M6 A 230.1, 230.2 etc.
I zeroed my trip meter as I passed several and came to the conclusion that these signs are now measuring our motorways in kilometres, not miles. If I am right, is this legal?
