    And what was his response?

    A friend of mine has a similar problem with his Spanish property where the next door nieghbour moved a fence several meters into his property and then claimed the land. It seems there is little short of shooting the guy that he can do about it.

    Spanish people must thank you by the defense of our fundamental rights in front of the Coastal Act. Fortunately we are European citizens.
